YUP  self serving  underhanded subliminal marketing attempt  dove tailing off he new crop of U tubers trying to convince investors that section 8 is a money train and the tenants are just so happy to have the voucher there is NOTHING they would ever do to lose it etc etc.In Jackson specifically they can trash the house and sec 8 WILL not take their voucher they just go on to the next landlord that just rehabbed a house and wants section 8 rent because market rate tenants in that city are some of the absolute worse payers in all the 25  markets I have worked over the last 22 years in the mid west and rust belt states and cities. 

I am currently setting up and planning on scaling a property management business focused on serving industrial owners in the London/St.

My theory is that 2 bed properties mostly serve the same guest avatar as single hotel rooms and 1 bed properties. 

      I am looking to get some advice on the best ways to buy land and create a food truck park in TX. 

The business plan will serve as a roadmap to help keep us focused and on track to our goals.  

That being said, it could be significantly cheaper to have a large finished shed built in lieu of a garage and it and can serve the same purposes for you.

The food part is one thing, but charging them rent is another.I'd also check if the three are relatives or if they lied.
