@Angelina Frascarelli include me in this please :) I’m 20 going into my final semester of college and was thinking instead of paying for housing trying the house hacking method and it seems relatively easy...get an FHA loan, put 3.5% down, rehab it a little bit, then get tenants and boom I should have cash flow right?

I’m considering making an offer, but will need to close quick so I can get in, renovate, and get rooms rented before the college semester starts back up in the fall.

During the academic term, I rent to visiting scholars by the semester and I don't use Airbnb or VRBO.

Landlords can't do this or that... 1st year, 1st semester of Engineering school we learned that, aerodynamically the Bumble Bee can't fly BUT they don't know it, they just fly!

Keep in mind tuition was $700-800 per semester and my house payment was a whopping $350.
