I haven't updated my resume on careerbuilder, monster, etc in years because the only thing I was getting out of it was a crapton of solicitations to open my own insurance franchise.  

(My wife actually resumed work a day before I did but she always seems to recover faster than I do.)

Only problem this was last week and they told me they are not resuming work till jan1st on top of that they are 4 weeks behind. 

hi edgar. i have never bought from the court house steps here in buffalo, but i sure am interested in checking it out. i have been doing flipping properties for quite a few years and would like to add this method to my resume. i have been in the court house and checked out the upcoming places on the board they have there, but have never attended the auction. i am a home inspector here in the western ny area, so i feel pretty confident that i could buy there with great confidence as to what i would be buying. always looking for another contact here on BP as well. 

welcome Steve, that sounds like a great flip resume and background...you may find flip candidates in better condition that the fire damaged properties in your day job.....and should any fire damaged ones go for sale, you would have some insight on what rehab would cost and how to go about it.

I am waiting for activity to resume with the bank next week.Currently, the value of my property is $55k and my loan is roughly $65.

Just like theres no way for an employer to tell if a persons resume is valid or false.

I have an engineering background in motorsports, however worked in nuclear right out of school, and then switched to navy weapons.  

They can list their resume and area where they are located so new investors can see their options.
