I ended up non renewing (another reason why "Good Cause" is BAD)  at which point she became belligerent and overstayed her welcome, practically daring me to evict her, which I did start eviction proceedings.   

Would you renew her lease, or terminate?

I'd also consider a 30 day non-renewal notice to avoid it continuing and causing any further problems. 

Moving is expensive and regular, incremental rent increases at lease renewal are expected and necessary to keep up with your operating costs. 

Baltimore was undertaking a renewal and I purchased a bldg. near downtown on the west side.

People expect cliff-like falls, that only happens on the renewal.

Just signed paperwork yesterday for two new policies I had up for renewal through Barnes in Pigeon Forge.

I think the issue had to do with who registers the LLC or subseries and who renews the LLC or subseries every year. 

Looks like the petrodollar deal just expired and Saudi Arabia has said it does not plan to renew... what are your thoughts on how this will impact real estate?
