Hi Jeremy,I think a great ad is one with a vibrant and hyperlinked call-to-action photo that simply redirects to your Property Information Form for the seller to fill out.I honestly do not see how a generic We Buy Houses ad with a phone number is effective as you can at any time have a handful of leads call you up, block the lines and/or waste your time with their stories, questions, issues, etc.As mentioned, you should ultimately have a strong call-to-action that points back to your website/squeeze page for the seller to fill out their information.

You could do it with a swail (basically a mound like you're taking about) to redirect the water, but I personally like the idea of a drain to get it into a pipe.

Again, supply demand, when there is significant demand it can NOT be stopped, only delayed, stifled, redirected, but NOT stopped. #1 thing all leave out when talking about a market "crash" or various kinds is where will those people go to have a roof over there heads?

For example, another of my businesses owns smartermail.software and several other "smartermail" related domains; whereas smartermail.com is owned by and redirects to some travel website... but this has no negative impact on me, as someone seeking SmarterMail will immediately know that they are in the wrong place.
