I finally finished rehabbing a property after 8 months being busy with it,      I put it out on Zillow and finally after long weeks searching i find a good tenant,    at the final thing I wanted to make the inspect...

Also, now it IS cold out, I really want to make sure there is not a real problem so I tried to get a sooner appt for service but have not herd back yet.

I herd an easy way to do it is to quit claim it to me and then refinance to get him off the title and then pay him with the refinance.  

and drove up the trask to check on water conditions and right there off the road was a very nice herd of Elk about 7 bulls and 30 cows.. you just dont see that kind of nature right off a public road 5 minutes from town in many other parts of the US.and you know how the elk rummage through gearheart ..  

Condo/HOA management is a specialty niche...not all PM's are interested OR qualified to herd cats guide a Board.
