Since there are no codified rules it seems to be up to each individual IRS agent that looks at your file.Regardless of whether you have to pay UBIT or not, if you flip a house in your 401K, I'll wager your returns will still kill those of mutual funds, CDs, or annuities.So to sum up:1. 401Ks escape UBIT when borrowing money.

Then when you make the claim the assessor is going to reassess the property back to the ownership date and since you did not file a PCOR, preliminary change of ownership timely they can go back indefinitely to collect taxes owed which could be tens of thousands of dollars.

I guess I have to wait to see any preliminary lien.J Scott, -the contract has when I will pay him such as when finish stalling kitchen cabinets, I will pay him such $$-My contract has a end date and small penalty when passing the end date, but he could always use the change of orders to avoid my penalty.

There will be a preliminary title report, escrow instructions (with price and terms taken from the purchase agreement if there is one), any required tax forms for reporting or withholding (both state and federal), any required disclosures, statements of information from all the parties, estimated closing statements with costs, the deed and any necessary docs that accompany the recording of a deed.
