My main question to you all would be, should I postpone completing my degree in order to pursue Real Estate?

The auction was today but got postponed so i figure this is a good time to get to know the community that i'd love to be apart of. i have listened to all the podcast and im excited to start connecting and learning more. 

If she is behind on the mortgage and served a notice of trustee sale and she gets an offer to purchase the foreclosure auction is postponed because of the offer. 

I know I will likely have a new set of headaches in 4 months but at least I postpone those headaches until the winter months have passed.What do you think, should I take the high rent and let them live with just 100 sq ft per person, should I go through with the eviction or are there other legal ramifications that I should be concerned about?

-Settlement was postponed a few times due to a rivalry between the siblings and some additional things that had to be cleared up by their attorney.  

I want to go to the sheriff sale with 3-4 properties in mind, so just in case one is postponed or I get out bid I have a better chance...at least that is what I'm thinking.

We already had to postpone our close date a month because it took this lender so long to get an appraiser out.

As it was postponed, we were expecting that rents and mortgage payment would be prorated at a new closing date.Our issue now is that: we have been just informed that "since this is an investor to investor deal and we are paying on a wrap loan" nothing is going to be prorated at closing, that it would just be a wash.

Should I postpone home appraisal until my attorney gets reply, then based on reply, I decide if I want to go ahead or not and then if yes, then go for home appraisal?

And some get postponed for months.
