As the calls start coming in from my first decent marketing campaign (500 postcards), I am struggling to make offers that are a win-win.

.$190 for 14 months for a mailbox at The UPS Store$304 for 558 color post cards mailed from Vista print.$0 for a free Google voice number. 

This time I plan to use the knowledge I've gained to get out here and try to lock down my 1st deal.I'm still working on a few details and I still have questions but I'm giving my self a three week deadline starting tomorrow to at least send yellow letters or postcards to potential motivated sellers to possibly get my first deal.If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated and I hope to connect with many of the investors in my area in the near future.

I suggest letters over postcards because it's more private and appears less commercial. 

You sound like the 1% of the people who get my mail and are some how upset and threatened they got a letter or post card from me.

I found the seller through my postcard marketing which originally is aimed at wholesaling, buy and hold myself, or last resort list as agent.

…instead of sending postcards for 15 20c a piece …I can get 10K copies of regular 1 sided A4 fliers printed for around $300.

Since I'm not familiar with the post card mailers or anything like that I'd like to hear from others that have used this technique and what's the best tag line or info included in them that get the best response...
