Thanks @Gita Faust and @Mark Gallagher $38-$55 per user/mo for a hosting service isn't going to happen anytime soon for our situation.I'm thinking of passing a "portable" file back and forth via dropbox...I will stay away from using .qbw with db, Gita.QB online is interesting.

I do go online for some fixtures but mostly peruse the clearance rack at HD and Lowes every time I am there for lighting and faucets.When I buy batches online however, I am often stuck with an item or 2 that sits in my spare parts box for months.
