Thanks @Gita Faust and @Mark Gallagher $38-$55 per user/mo for a hosting service isn't going to happen anytime soon for our situation.I'm thinking of passing a "portable" file back and forth via dropbox...I will stay away from using .qbw with db, Gita.QB online is interesting.  

You should join that and peruse the MANY blogs that have been written about all facets of real estate brokerage.

I do go online for some fixtures but mostly peruse the clearance rack at HD and Lowes every time I am there for lighting and faucets.When I buy batches online however, I am often stuck with an item or 2 that sits in my spare parts box for months.

Knowing more about the process may give you an advance and develop a method to peruse them.

I have done my due diligence and have read the books, attended workshops, perused articles and even spent a few dollars on the "gurus" and am finally at the point where I am ready to take action.
