Hi Biggerpockets community.  My name is Frank Wilder and I am a new member from Columbia, South Carolina.  I am new to real estate investing and am interested in wholesaling to create win-win situations for all parties involved.  At some point I intend on investing in or purchasing single family and multifamily properties to place in my investment portfolio.  I am a licensed wastewater operator in the state of South Carolina and work full time here in Columbia.  I found biggerpockets through my research for information about real estate investing utilizing creative financing and decided to join because the information I found here was so helpful and educational.  I am looking forward to a positive experience here and interacting with the community.
