I know I would not want to do 80 deals in an year for a whopping 80k... seems like a low returns for them.. granted apr is spectacular but then again you need those funds liquid so your drag on funds ( from lender perspective ) can be pretty great..

So I would do what you can to scrape up the money to get legal help OR if your name is on the properties then drop the price to sell them so they cover the mortgage amount and walk away.Look at it from the perspective of what is it going to cost you to litigate versus just get out now?

Well that's what I'm trying to figure out, from a room-mate perspective, if the decrease in what the two non en-suite bedrooms needing to share a bathroom with a third (fourth in total) roommate is worth the extra rent I could charge.
