All that flooring just peeling away.

I legit took white primer (the house is light blue) and just painter all the spots that were peeling to get the fha approved.

When I got the keys to the house back, I had to enter with vesperator masks, as the smell was so bad.

As for texturing on the walls, the orange peel looks great and makes for easy maintenance (and as you stated, new homes have this).  

If you contact a foundation repair company they have a material that they inject under the concrete that will raise it up even, then you just have a minor cement repair that can be masked with a rough finish on the entire porch.Or remove it and put in a wood porch.

Never use hard tile on the floors, they will eventually move & crack. best to use laminate products - the peel & stick tile that is groutable is great, just make sure to use the special grout that is expandable...is in small pre-mixed containers on shelf near the peel-n-stick tiles.

I came bolting back around the corner coming at him and his truck screaming at the top of my lungs "**** you you mother ****er you son of a ***** get the **** off my property right now" ....and so on and so on...he could not slam it in reverse fast enough and peel away while I chased him out of my driveway and down the street a bit.Meanwhile, the nicest, calmest guy ever is in my house doing work (an electrician).

I did a peel and stick backsplash along with a peel and stick vinyl accent wall in a recent purchase and it drove the demand for the property.
