This is my first multi-unit purchase, with larger purchase number with high interest rate in the neighborhood i never had rental property, which all add together that gives me anxiety, even though i used to work in the area for 14 years....so i cant say i am not familiar with the neighborhood, just never owned any propertydefinitely never felt good at closing, and chest pain is real, i dont recall when was the last time i was happy at closing, it's always "why i did it again", then i remembered because i need to make more income.summer being great time to get new tenant, but also worst financial time for me with kid summer camp, summer vacation travel...etc 

It is certainly a pain trying to keep up on what seems like continual regulation changes.

The moral is: he is not in imminent pain.  

I sympathize with you for sure, the scenarios is painful.

I can give you several hard money names but the cost is going to be painful. 

I know DSCR loans are an absolute pain in the butt to shop around given there's basically no standardization on fees and terms.

Hi Andy,I can understand the pains of investing in areas where it seems nearly impossible to find cashflowing rentals or even profitable flips!

@Dave GrimsonI have done this before only during winter months where it is a pain to find good tenants quickly.  

It goes on to say the property manager / agent below is authorized to order repairs and/or service to the building.I live approximately 75 miles and it would take me roughly 1:15-20 to get to the property.Adding to the pain....It also says *** New Applicants must complete Rental Property Training within 6 months of application.

I am a big fan of maintaining a performance dashboard in my other business (Veterinary Clinic) as I structure it to show in both chart and graph form my progress in various metrics over time for my business.
