Take a few pics of the layout, take some pics of the model and serial number of the outdoor unit.

I have heard some people setting up their heating cooling system to shutoff if a door or window is let open for a certain amount of time.You can also add a temperature offset to make it look like it is a few degrees cooler or warmer than actual since sometimes temp setting is a mental thing.

Put up a little sign by the thermostat that explains that running the air conditioner at a low temperature in a humid environment will cause any central air unit to freeze. 

The slope of the back portion is about 12/4In the hot Mississippi summers I’m not sure how badly this will affect the temperature and also if it will affect the ARV of the property or not.

Put pavers or decking across the whole thing to make it an outdoor living space.

I like this idea, so we can still maximize the rest of the .19 acre lot for some outdoor entertainment and parking for all the units.

Some advertise they will increase temperature 20 degrees over ambient at max flow rate. 

The temperature is nice most of the year.
