@Sarah Larbi Hey Sarah, I'm a newbie here a BP but have been watching Central America for awhile now and found International Living magazine to be a great resource.

This resource covers FEDERAL fair housing law, but I think some states (especially tenant friendly ones) may extend protections further and may even eliminate some of the exemptions.
