Reminds me of Pilots during covid.. when they were offered early retirement a vast majority jumped on it.. flying the line for 30 years can wear on a person.

Taxes and insurance will be another $400+.

We put it on the market at $3M but never got the offers we wanted, it was during the holidays and when rates were skyrocketing.
