If your credit utilization exceeds 30% negatively impacting your credit score, the site will recommend a credit card for you to increase your credit available and it ranks the odds of getting accepted from "very good" to "good" on down.Having good credit both on a personal and on a business level is important in this business!

Also everyone's comfort level is different so I'm sure plenty of ppl wouldn't have problems in some of those areas but for me I'd just rather play it safe and buy in places that attract families with stable incomes that care how their houses look.
