:)You should start a thought leadership platform on a medium you feel comfortable with (blog/youtube/twitter/instagram/facebook) and document your journey and what you're learning.

I then quickly respond to the rest before my 10 meeting.10:00 AM: Today we have a meeting with the company leadership.

That passion however can shift to leadership, your team, how to build up who you hire, and how you create your vision.

For now I will continue my education, building a team in Las Vegas and figure out how to do a Thought Leadership Platform in an already competitive scene.Thank you for your time!

Managing a renovation from the other side of the country is difficult without experience, a strong local team, and excellent leadership skills from the owner.

That includes direct contact with the leadership as well as zoom conference calls 4 times a week to cover various topics and answer questions that the members have.
