I consider that to be a very naive and kind of a lazy way of doing financial calculations.So I really would suggest all Investors do at least a 10 year pro-forma projection business plan.

Not because I was going to follow this package to the T, become a millionaire overnight, but because I was too lazy to bring it to the Post Office. 

I'm thinking I need something that locks automatically because this is the front door of an apartment building and I'm worried people may be lazy about remembering to lock it.

If a applicant is not interested in seeing the property in person I do not take the risk of renting to them.Technology is a lazy approach to our business in some cases, this being one.
