Its coming, but it's definitely NOT here yet for 95% of investors, experienced or not.In my opinion, yesterday's meeting, though inspiring and highly motivational, was ALL talk.

The individual stories were inspirational, but that's about it.Mike Ferry's way appeals to me the most- cold knock, cold call, and just go out and talk to people, and don't be afraid of rejection.

I would also recommend the Section 8 bible and the book, How to buy and rent foreclosures, all four resources (Al, Lisa, and the books) should equip one to handle these type of properties.Great job and goodluck, this inspires me to find the same deal.Question, how did you find a portfolio like that, that had seller financing?

The podcast and this forum have already brought a ton of inspiration and motivation to our vision.
