However, in the markets where values went from 400k to 600k+ the interest rates rising has a huge impact because these workers didn’t double their incomes like most people in small towns have as a result of the unofficial  minimum wage doubling. tennessee is same way with people retiring so there are legitimate cases for rural towns in states with no income tax like Wyoming as well. we are definitely not immune though to the wider issues.

Hi,First time home investor looking to invest money into a duplex, triplex, multi flex in the Sacramento region given that I do have an FHA loan reapproved with 10% down looking to Hosack my first property as a means to be able to pay for my student loan and be able to live, looking for anyone that is experiencing within the region, for contractors, for property manager, for other illicit infections, who is the agents who can help shed some light, advice and how they got started, the process that they use, the calculations/1 was at the use as well.
