I'm a bit blunt myself but when in situations where tact is very important (ie: discussions with an emotional wife) I try to put myself in the other person's shoes and look at the situation from their perspective.It has helped me immensely to become a more effective communicator and work out win-win outcomes.

I had a similar situation, and the kind neighbors added to it immensely over the week I took to get rid of it... yea, 2 couches, dog waste, broken glass, tires, about everything they had that needed disposal.

In Brooklyn/Parma/Lakewood where most of you guys will be looking at to invest, there's not a lot of diversity (outside of African American and Caucasian) although I've noticed that there is sizable Puerto Rican community here.  

It was an immense amount of work (at least for an amateur like me) and it required precision to make it look seamless.

In fact I appreciate it immensely and will always repay the favor for knowledge.
