@Brice Alef-Torrisi putting each property in its own LLC is usually overkill.Getting a bank account for each LLC is typically something you need to do to avoid "piercing of the LLC corporate veil" (actually depends on tax selection you made for LLC), but is also overkill.You haven't indicated how you are holding the deed for the latest property.If in your name or same LLC, you don't need a separate bank account.If in separate LLC, you can create a Master LLC, have each property LLC hire the Master LLC to manage their affairs, and just get a bank account for Master LLC.This is an opinion, not advice, so lookup CPA Frank Alcini in Troy for expert advice.

Would like to hire more daily workers to decrease time.

We're in the process of getting our systems and team in place and really starting from scratch.

This process is probably a 1-2 year process.  

My credit got negatively affected but we’re in the process of building hers ( she had no credit nor bad credit) I think we’ll have her credit above say a 700 in the next 6-12 months.

We have created work instructions for every step of the process so we can maintain consistency in how we evaluate properties, communicate with tenants, market our properties, handle rent increases, manage property turnover, etc..... 

There system has been helpful for someone with no prior experience in the process, from finding properties, lenders, insurance agents, CPA's, attorneys, etc.
