If they dumped any hazardous waste as well and not just trash the county or city will get more involved.In our old subdivision there were some people dumping illegal chemicals down the storm drains.The water division came out and they eventually caught the businesses doing it and arrested them.

Its sad to see how a few mistakes made by a referee can put a whole country on its knees.I lived in Croatia for the most of my childhood and know how passionate everyone is for the game.Its harsh to use words like corruption and bribery but the 2 decisions were not made with the sale criteria.Some referees are more stringent than others with certain things and have different perceptions.

You may get some traction trying to go that route, but I've also found the seller's terms are pretty harsh (30%+ down, 3%+ > market rates) - not every time, but I've seen it several times.
