We have a full gym in our subdivision but I haven't used it in many months.

Its in an amazing community with a large pond and fountain, along with a huge pool and clubhouse and private gym  in the Chesapeake area. 

Having said that, there are advantages to such properties - perhaps the HOA has a pool, gym or other amenities that you could not obtain otherwise.

Less risk, probably more reward, allowing more informed decisions.In the mean time I've installed a nice fully equipped home gym in my home and have been working on improving my physical fitness, and have also been increasing my outdoor grilling skills (with the Covid thing, I've temporarily given up restaurants--I do miss Olive Garden though).So instead of slacking, I've simply focused a little more on lifestyle.Good Luck!  

It is like going to the gym everyday but not managing your diet.  

One had a small gym. 

The July job gain was dramatically less than the record 542,500-job rise in June when restaurants, gyms and other businesses briefly reopened amid hopes that the virus was abating.

Would a gym be allowed to operate there?
