These were people who showed a genuine interest in learning and growing the business.

I did not see marketing costs, nights that you need to spend at networking meetings paying for dinners or memberships.

unfortunately this marketing specialist was NOT a specialist in marketing for real estate businesses, did not understand the unique requirements and characteristics of real estate, and hence implemented their “generic” on line marketing program.  

We are getting up to our third order soon as we continue to grow rental portfolio.

Demand in the market was very high after COVID.
