Example: A backsplash that is a different color from rest of the kitchen (a warm green or red against white and grey walls), a tile that has a unique look or pattern to it, crown molding on cabinets, or a unique light fixture.

I did read that article as well as MultiFamily Millionaire and am almost finished with BRRRR by David Green so I feel relatively versed. 

Example, if you wanted to be close to the vineyards that are gaining popularity, Sahuarita or Green Valley is where you want to look.

I started using "Atto" a few days ago for 2023 material participation logging and I like that it has a big red/green start/stop button.
