Ft ranch home with new appliances ( Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove(electric or gas), washer/dryer, microwave etc and contemplating whether it requires and electrical upgrade from 100 amps to 150/200 amps.Currently the HVAC system installed for central heating/cooling is  15 amps)and there is gas water heater.Do you anyone know if this needs to a mandatory upgrade or any recommendations around the same and what it can cost to upgrade electric panel to 150 amps/200 amps?

Sometimes, you need to remove the gas line and stove, but many towns are ok with owner-occupany in the boarder.Let me know if have you any questions and when you are looking, look for uneven layouts to cash flow more to start.

Hi Everyone,I have a unit whose gas wall heater just got tagged by the gas company for leaking CO.  

We may not respond until Monday morning for a broken blind, but for HVAC during extreme temperatures, plumbing leaks and other emergencies we will and I don't understand why any owner would not want to, just out of self interest.

Are you changing layout and have to move drain lines, gas lines, water lines to new locations?

Roofing - needs roof ( no leaks yet, I've been in the attic )Windows - ugh
