Yes I know that it frustrating but that is not even why I am writing this review.

Very frustrating selling multiple homes a year with nothing but taxable events to pay on but maybe that's all it is. 

After you get the spot and a 1-inch perimeter around it coated with the shellac, you can cover the whole thing with oil-based poly.It takes a lot of practice to get this right, and it can get frustrating.

Also my property management company says they are having trouble hiring good people so they are taking 2-3 months to turn a unit and prepare for the next tenant.I'm really frustrated with this slow turn time.

In hindsight, it's embarrassing to have wasted so much money on services that only wasted my time, caused unneeded stress and frustration, and resulted in no gain of knowledge.

That sounds very frustrating.

They are not horrible tenants I don't mind them at all, they have been there about 2.5 years.I am not the type of landlord to stay out of this because I truly care about the damage and frustration this is causing for my other tenant. 

I’m not totally new to real estate and I am aware of the stress and frustration that will be involved.

I guess my frustration is coming that an excuse is followed by a ‘ I’ll pay in full by this date’ and that doesn’t happen.  

It's frustrating when utilities mess up like that.
