After you get the spot and a 1-inch perimeter around it coated with the shellac, you can cover the whole thing with oil-based poly.It takes a lot of practice to get this right, and it can get frustrating.

Also my property management company says they are having trouble hiring good people so they are taking 2-3 months to turn a unit and prepare for the next tenant.I'm really frustrated with this slow turn time.

They are not horrible tenants I don't mind them at all, they have been there about 2.5 years.I am not the type of landlord to stay out of this because I truly care about the damage and frustration this is causing for my other tenant.
