Since I am already knowledgable and experienced in such investments, I don't need any custom tailored plan so using the one from Sun West makes sense to me.I also agree with Jeff that purchasing such plans from others who simply use the same one, add their colorful logos, etc and mark it up 10 fold or charge annual fees is silly to pay for.

The occasional real prospect I lost was more then offset by spending that effort on my marketing ten-fold.

2010 will be the year I . . . flip at least 50 properties, make more income than in an other previous year, build my cash net worth for my future commercial investment strategies (most likely beginning in 2011), increase my network of private investors 3 fold, and start at least one, if not two PPM's.As Ted stated, every year presents the savvy investor opportunities, but I also agree that 2010 will be one of the best buying opportunities of all.

The reward will be much greater and you can pay them back 10 fold.
