For instance wholesaling is NOT investing its sales and marketing and I firmly believe certain people have an innate ability that they were born with or acquired very young.. the gift of gab being one.. out going personality etc.. those folks generally are going to be far more successful at wholesaling than the person is a one that you would describe as a Wall flower .. with no people skills sales skills phone skills etc.. 2.
