Just started floating around with the idea but would like to get some feedback if there is someone out there who’s had experience before!

We are both currently employed and our combined income is enough to float the rentals for multiple months.I know there could be big expenses, but I've got that in my CAPX budget as well. 

Just use it to float your project, pay the interest while you float and then refinance out and pay off the note. 

I actually thought they had drifted away.

He drilled 2 holes in the back of the coin mechanisms and then bent a coat hanger a certain way to trip the coin dropping lever to give a credit to the appliance.  6 months later a key was floating around to unlock the coin boxes. 

Unlike federal waters off the East Coast, which are shallow enough to allow offshore wind infrastructure to be secured to the Atlantic seafloor, the Pacific Ocean is so deep that the only viable way to install offshore wind farms would be to build floating turbines that are tethered in place by cables.

We have floated the idea of perhaps selling; but the thought is if we could get it rehabbed without having to come out of pocket too much, the cashflow would be much better longterm.

Here is what I’m concerned about, i did all the work myself/ paid cash to get it done.Here are the upgrades(I’m sure some of these might not need a permit but I’m new So idk)-Added central heating and air -tore down two walls to make an open living concept (non load bearing)-renovated kitchen/moved gas line-replaced some of the foundation 2x6 floods became they where damaged by termites -add/move electrical sockets-new floating floor-replace pluming with pex/ pbc-painted inside-replaced a window- maybe more but you get the big picture.Will the appraiser report me to the city?

The floor needs to be "clean" and level or anything underneath these (although they are considered a floating floor) can eventually be felt.
