Hello BP Community, The time has come for me to deal with one of my biggest real estate fears... rehabbing, and specifically rewiring, a cigarette smoke-filled home.

I have $900 each into the cost segs themselves and probably another $2500 to cpa- still waiting on that bill as the 3115 takes 20 hours for a cpa to fill out. 

So now struggling to fill up is a shock for me.  

We have temporarily filled the holes for a new tenant but it doesn't look great.

I've heard a couple people comment that they have had trouble getting applications filled out and received when using RentRedi application process.

Personally the only thing I find awkward about it is that you have to "invite" people to fill out the application or pre-application by their email or phone, I'd rather have a link to apply that I could post on my listings rather than have people message me then I have to collect the email, then send them the application, but that's just a minor inconvenience for me.

Some of these HML websites have a "print preapproval" button where you just fill in your desired dollar amount and down payment, and boom here's a PDF.
