Of course riskier in general because not everyone is knowledgeable/trustworthy, but that's where you build the best team possible and learn.

Hello everyone,I’m a Canadian looking to buy a short term rental vacation home in the Kissimmee area.Currently we own a long term rental home in Winter Garden which we bought some time ago, and will be paid off completely in Feb 2029.  

As of now, there are only about 1,150,000 existing homes for sale, far below the 1,390,000 we saw in September.So, what exactly is this “lock-in effect” everyone keeps talking about?
