Google is building a lot of plants.

It took ten years for Citizens to voluteer to clean up the trash and start planting seagrass, which they continue to do.

Not so much wetland delineation (need really strong plant ID, soil science, and ecology knowledge) and wetland/waters permitting unless they specifically stumbled into/specialized in that field.

Intel just announced a $2b plant investment here the other week.

This happens to be quite close to Samsung's recently confirmed plant in Taylor.  

Then add in closing costs, etc. and you might walk away with a few extra bucks to plant new flowers at the 8-unit.

Sell it to a concrete recycling plant.  

Also with the new Chip plant going in, there will be a high demand for homes within say 15-20 minutes of the plant.
