They are breaking ground in May in the Mt Pocono area for a huge entertainment complex that will include an aquarium, movie theater, 5 acre park, etc. 

I live in Florida so I am well versed in the notification to keep the deposit rules for Florida that is  Regardless of her willingness to entertain showings your biggest issue is lack of access to your unit   What if there is a broken pipe and gushing water out and she’s unable to leave work   You need to always have access   If you have a PM or not always have a set of keys   I don’t allow that to happen and immediately rekey   I’ve actually added an addendum in the lease for that very reason   

I am going into this journey with my eyes open to learning and entertaining opportunities that makes sense to me.   

This last year I've worked with a company, expanding their entertainment concept into vacant/closed big box retail spaces across the country.

Safe, quiet neighborhoods but not too far from the entertainment also.

You can find some old landlords that will at least entertain the idea.

Reading this conversation has been interesting, at times entertaining, but it won't do us any good unless we get to the bottom of this.

My reasons for picking this location Is because there are great jobs minutes away (EB, physers, military base), casinos (Mohegan and foxwoods) aren’t far, Niantic and mystic are very popular entertaining towns that are within 10-15 minutes, and the beaches are also within a couple minutes.
