More than likely, a 90% LTV loan, if it existed, would be at 9%+, if not higher. 80-85% LTV is fine too.

They do fine with my 8-unit but I've heard of others having issues with them.

Another option is to buy an extended warranty - just check the fine print as many are borderline scams.

My rep kept telling me they had to “fine tune” my ads…if I would just pay the monthly fee.
