@Austin Styer along with @Wale Lawal's comments, I would focus on flipping a home that will end up in the median price range for a neighborhood, and not creating the Trophy home for a community.

I did not read every comment and I am guessing this may be a repeat but nonetheless... 

Would we pay the same amount for this information, my answer would be NO.5) My feedback for the program if they see this comment, provide an avenue for students of the program to share their feedback about the service you offer.

Along the lines of Simon's comment: my family's bank account is on the personal side, and my rental properties have business checking accounts.  

My comment there was the same as it is here - the problem all these people have is not working a regular job. 

Based on your assumption that you and your spouse file jointly, I agree with the others in the comments.
