Sorry there is not a concrete answer here that would apply across the board but I hope I made some sense with this stuff.

I don’t want a board telling me what I can and can’t do with my investment property, especially in your case one that’s going to cost $600K.

It starts with good screening and on-boarding.

It's like the Zillow Estimates... it just aggregates the data from across the board, which is a good start, but it won't account for nuance and detail (e.g. a corner property selling for a 5% premium compared to non-corner).

Neu is also a reputable real estate agency with MIBOR (Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors)  I would be willing to help any of you out of state investors to walk properties and/or vett them for you and I know Edwin would be willing to do the same.

@Leah MillerTypically no - condo bylaws and zoning regulations typically do not allow to segment a units potential exists to possibly combine units (which can be cost prohibitive as you need board approval and potential building code issues) but I have never seen a condo building allow someone to subdivide a unit

If the tenants have otherwise been good, just chalk it down to a fluke.
