At the end of that call, I ask them if they frequently place travelers in our area.

Frequently they are the ones that the Counties end up with.When you exhaust that list looking on GIS systems with lot lines show odd unbuilt parcels.

And renting is frequently more appealing as they don't have that "tied-down" factor.

I would venture to say all of the frequent tax sale experts here on BP can tell you story after story after story of land minds people buy at tax sale, that may end up being the biggest headache of their life.   

I have seen fires caused by aluminum wire in the field, but not nearly as frequently as FPE panels.

I bought one in Rohnert park CA in 95 ish  4 acres for 27k that could not be built on .. but it was right behind a Home depot shopping center and there was a free way interchange.. took till 2020 but in 2017 it got brought into the city limits.. the Indians built the biggest Casino in N.

There are also frequently multiple homes on the same lot or that offer dual living potential.

I believe they are based out of Clearwater FloridaThey also mentioned they build list that fit my criteria exactly like Listsource and they claimed to be updated more frequently then Listsource.
