I agree rates will remain high, the concern that I did not see mentioned though is liquidityGive a kid a blank check to go to the candy store and they are like Charlie sheen in a brothelThey are just leaving now and are coming off that high but there is no more checksThey are now going through their pockets and are like uh oh, let me go get more $, but that well is running very dry.People who are going to get crushed are those making $50-100k a year who bought homes and trying to compete against their neighbors.
