If you still really want your license and want to wholesale, you would likely need to find a small, boutique firm that is less rigid and see what they have to say.

Our broker gets 90:10 split at his boutique firm.  

The two I would recommend from personal use and as a Realtor for investors would be: - Intrigue Indy - Liv IndyBoth are boutique level with high level of service and not too big for it to feel bureaucratic and slow. 

And this is where a more boutique firm can tip the scales - as long as they have the demonstrated experience and knowledge bank.  

They've just been slow to catch up to the STR changeover from someone crashing on your couch to full-on short-term rental only properties that are essentially a boutique hotel. 

Think a boutique style coffee shop, a restaurant, tasting room etc..

BTW new updates in addition to what I mentioned in that post, a new shipping container boutique hotel is being built called Wander Hotel / another trendy new restaurant is coming in from Landers, they bought out the building of an old Chinese restaurant.
