New Investor in St. Louis

Hi everyone! 👋

I’m a new local investor in St. Louis seeking guidance/advice!

Recently moved from California, my fiancé and I aim to help revitalize the St. Louis neighborhoods — one house at a time.

My fiancé has been a boutique hotel operator and nail spa founder/owner/general manager for the last 2 and 7 years, respectively. I'm currently a project manager for a REI company that is currently working on several SFR redevelopments in this area. We are both ready to embark on this journey toward financial freedom!

We are looking to buy/rehab tired or vacant homes in diverse transitioning neighborhoods, and are seeking advice from like-minded and complementary professionals involved in the St. Louis area!
