They could negatively distort the market if Americanhomes4rent and the other top owners decided to liquidate their RE holdings, especially if local landlords panicked with the sudden swell in inventory and quickly decided to followed suit.

This allows for if there is a down turn, you can drop rents if needed and still not be bleeding money. 

When it comes to my professional life, I have high expectations, and I work hard to make sure that doesn't bleed too much into my personal life.

Any recommendations on finding financing or creative ways to stop the bleeding?

A problem we had when painting our rental was that something in the old 70’s paneling kept bleeding through, even after washing with trisodium phosphate, and using kilz stainblocker primer paint and Sherwin  Williams paint.

The tenants will then pay the rent when they realize you are serious and will evict them otherwise or you will at least stop the bleeding of additional months of unpaid rent.

They'll still be collecting their 7% even if you're bleeding out in maintenance and repairs.

Luckily, any MF units tend to do well in that they don't suffer the same inflation from market swells and don't seem to take the hit as badly in downturns.
