I have blank HUD 1 forms as well as complete forms from prior purchase and sales, but not real sure how much difference there will be in "buyer pays" on the form.

In the U.K. there is a great free classified ads site called www.Gumtree.com and I have used it on many occasions to hire sales people leaflet distributers etc.
