Allow me to address what you specifically posted:- lawers can pierce through protection:  The law allows plaintiffs to pierce the corporate veil to hold the persons liable when the LLC is a sham.

It’s a shame these scammers are out here trying to ruin a good thing and taking advantage of new investors.  

That's really a shame.

I'm never ashamed to submit an offer I think is a good offer relative to the time, money and effort that has to be spent on the property.  

And I doubt he would have done what he did with cameras going or he would have unplugged them which is evidence of guilt in and of itself.It's such a shame that a few bad apples give the contracting profession such a bad wrap that customers feel the need to install cameras beforehand for what if scenarios.  

It would be a shame to see you lose what you have worked so hard for if something went well at a rental property.
