Help - Property management company gone rogue

Hello BP Community, 

Need some advise on how to solve a pressing issue: 

I was working with a property management company in Jacksonville, FL that simply wasn't performing, so I decided to replace them.

Transitioning has been a pain, meaning that they do not respond, do not share required documents, or collaborate. In addition, they haven't updated my account to reflect 2 months of rental income, and haven't disbursed the funds either. Finally, they revoked my access from their portal, since I'm no longer their client, which doesn't allow me to look at further transactions.

In short, they hijacked my funds and decided not to respond. Is there any way to recover my funds without having to go the legal way? Thoughts?
