When I lived there about 6 years ago there was just one bridge to get across downtown so traffic could backup a bit during rush hour, but they just put in a second and should really alleviate that.

I'll just throw out there that regardless of whether a platform has 506(b) or (c) offerings, it is generally helpful for aggregators to reach out to platforms for which they plan to cross-post offerings to have a conversation with the platform first--to ask about their policies, ask permission (or possibly sign agreements) that permit cross-posting, and to generally alleviate other concerns.

Perhaps at an unknown point in the future when I have progressed further in establishing a size-able portfolio of SFRs, I could explore the option of cashing out some or all of my portfolio to purchase a much larger multi-family property to alleviate the management overhead.I will be posting a topic in the Starting Out forums in the near future detailing my current approach and I will link it to this thread.
