@Berry Starnes I just called TSP and they told me that after the loan is paid off in full you’re able to apply for another TSP loan 60 days after the loan is paid off.

You can qualify for lower down payment loans, and after a year you can move out, keep the same loan terms and convert the unit you vacated into a rental.thank you!
